Before we prepare a training program, we focus on understanding the specifics of the client’s company, products, or services. Training exercises are tailored to real-life situations occurring within our clients’ organizations. This approach ensures that the training is effective, measurable, and has a qualitative impact on the growth of competencies, skills, and attitudes.

What we focus on during training:

Our trainers are experienced practitioners in the field of training and coaching for managers, specialists, and salespeople. They are members of the Polish Association of Business Trainers and certified trainers in the DISC EVERYTHING methodology.

We mainly provide training in the following areas:

  • Salespeople (sales training from sales techniques to sales psychology and persuasion)

Training effectiveness verification:

We verify training effectiveness according to D. Kirkpatrick’s model, i.e. on 4 levels:

  1. Evaluation of participants’ reactions to the training and its delivery.
  2. Assessment of the increase in competencies in knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
  3. Evaluation of the extent to which participants apply acquired competencies in their workplace.
  4. Assessment of the improvement in business parameters/indicators.

  • Setting business effectiveness indicators for the training.
