Our client is one of the leading international manufacturers of fittings for domestic, commercial, industrial use. The group is expanding rapidly so they are now looking for an experienced logistics manager to manage all Distribution Center\\\'s operations.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the group Supply Chain Director in the United Kingdom you will be responsible for twenty four hour activities within the Distribution Center and the management of all staff over every shift. Some of the major duties will include:
* Ensuring that the quality, volume and accuracy of the site meets the required standard via use of key performance indicators
* Management of the revision of processes and procedures and identification and implementation of best practices
* Budget management including monitoring costs and implementing cost savings
* Responsibility for internal and external stock movement planning
* Contribution to and management of specific projects
* Management and control of third party supplier contracts
* Working with other senior managers to ensure site security
* Site manpower planning
* Other tasks as required
Kwalifikacje:
Requirements:
Some of the requirements you may need for this job:
* University Degree in relevant area (Logistics, Supply Chain)
* 5 years management experience within a fast moving, mutliregional warehouse (>10,000 square meter size)
* Solid background in FMCG, automotive ore similar leading edge logistics business
* Systems literate with a detailed understanding of WMS 7 ERP
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Fluent English
