Training
Projects of realized trainings take place according to the following stages:
1. Internal interviews
conversation with a person ordering an interview, with potential participants and conducting the survey researching training needs.
2. Methodology
methodology of training is based mostly on the realization of training objectives. It consists of activities and exercises targeted at the influence on attitudes of participants within the range of their knowledge and skills. Depending on expectations of a person ordering a training session and diagnosed training needs a training session has different forms: from lectures through exercises, workshop scenes and games to acting adequately chosen roles. The concentrated discussion is a unique method used by few coaches.
3. Final report
in writing/ electronic version is submitted within 7 calendar days from a completed training cycle.
4. Training objectives
appointed during the conversation with a person ordering and after the diagnosing estimation of the potential of the group to be trained and their expectations as to the range of training.
5. Time and the place of training
• to be agreed with an ordering person. The time of training should be appointed to at least 7 days from the date of an order.
• place of training should be appointed by an ordering person or a coach. There is the possibility to organize outdoor events (21-day advancement of an order required).
6. The workshop material
• the workshop material used during training is chosen adequately to the needs of a target group, training aims or the subject of training
7. Aids and materials used during training are:
• FLIPCHART
• the multimedia projector
• the screen
• training materials for each participant
• materials for games and exercises connected with training
8. SHEET OF THE COACH'S OBSERVATIONS - a document issued after training
