The preparation, implementation and experience of assessors ensure that DC can achieve very high level of results reliability. This means that competence level is accurate and real. Due to DC, information on employee strengths, areas requiring training and his/her ability to develop competence can be obtained. In many cases this is more important than assessment of the status quo.
