We offer psychological tests prepared by experts, used with success in recruitment of white-collar middle and senior management. These tests help to assess the natural abilities and qualities of the candidate, which could prove to be crucial in future work. They allow for an objective comparison of candidates complicating their attempt to create themselves as another person which is often the case in typical interviews. Personality tests are supplemented by psychological interview conducted by psychologists dealing with recruitment and selection of employees. They are designed to further define the characteristics of the candidate such as social skills, communication, and resistance to stress, motivation, ability to control or willingness to change.
